An editorial data story in seven scenes: a title with one big number, three bar charts (2015, 2020, 2025) that morph from one year to the next so you can watch driving shrink and biking grow, a line chart that draws itself and stops at three events, a bike-lane map where the new network draws in, and three takeaways. Bike is the only colored series; everything else stays warm gray.
