Your account and notifications are under your profile picture.
Click your profile picture at the top right of Studio to find your notifications, Settings, and Works in one menu. You change your picture, your bio, and what you’re notified of on the Settings page.
Read your notifications
When a new notification arrives, a small dot appears on your profile picture at the top right. There’s no bell button in the top bar.
Click your profile picture, and your notifications are stacked as cards under Notifications in the menu. Click Dismiss to clear a card you’ve read. A card that leads somewhere also has Open.
If you open Studio from the button in a team invitation email, this menu opens right away.
These are the cards you can get.
Team and project invitations
Shows who invited you, the team, your role, and how many days are left. Click Accept to go straight to that team’s Studio or to the project. Click Decline to remove the card.
‘Invitation accepted’
Someone you invited has joined the team or project.
‘Your role changed’ · ‘Removed from team’ · ‘Access revoked’

Announcement
News from SSHOW for everyone: maintenance, incidents, and new features. To stop them, turn off Announcements in Choose how you’re notified.
Plugin review results
Sent to people who submit plugins. You get ‘Plugin published’ or ‘Plugin changes requested’, with Open developer console.
Stage review results
Sent when a piece you submitted to Stage is ‘Approved & published’ or gets ‘Changes requested’. An approval comes with Open Stage, and a change request with Open project.
See and close announcement banners
When SSHOW has something to tell everyone, a banner appears at the top of the SSHOW website and of Studio’s project lists on the web. It doesn’t appear in the editor or in the desktop and tablet apps.
If the banner has a link such as Learn more, it leads to the details. If there’s an × at its right end, click it to close the banner, and this browser won’t show the same announcement again. It comes back if the announcement changes.

Put a project on your works page
Your works page collects the projects you made whose play access is Public. Its address is s.show/@ followed by your username. For other people to see it, first turn on Public profile in Settings › Profile. New accounts start with it off.
-
Make the project public
In the editor’s top bar, click Share, and under Play Access, choose Public. Once it’s public, anyone with the address can see the project. In Studio, ⋯ › Share on the project card opens the Sharing tab of Project Settings, with the same controls. Share with a link explains play access.
-
Keep it in your works
At the bottom of the window, check that Show this project in my works is on. It’s on as soon as the project goes public. Only the project’s creator sees this switch. Turn it off to leave the project out. Then click Save Changes.
-
Open your works page
Click your profile picture, then click Works. Your works page opens. Use Share to send its address, and Edit profile to go to Profile in Settings. The same projects are also under Works in the Studio sidebar.
-
Change the order
On your works page, click Reorder. Drag the works, or move them with the arrow buttons. On a touch screen, drag the handle on the picture. Then click Done. Works in the Studio sidebar follows the same order.
-
Hide a work
While reordering, click Hide on the work to leave out, then click Done. Visitors no longer see it, and it leaves Works in Studio too, as if you turned off Show this project in my works. To bring it back, click Show again.
With Public profile off, only you can see your works page
If Public profile is off, everyone else gets ‘Page Not Found’ when they open your works page. You see ‘This profile is private.’ with Make public. The switch is under Visibility in Profile in Settings, and it saves as soon as you click it. The same switch decides whether teammates can find you when they invite you to a team (Edit together).
